Sales & Technical Director

Meet Chris, Chris is the ‘Sales & Technical Director’ at WTC Workwear with an impressive 30 years +’ experience in the industry.

Brothers Chris & Marcus started WTC in 2006 following a long family history in the industry dating back to the 1950’s supplying high quality footwear, performance textiles & protective garments.

Chris is passionate about offering high quality, functional garments with style. His expertise comes into its own when large companies require fully bespoke uniform from ‘concept to finished product’ utilising WTC’s inhouse/U.K & offshore production to satisfy customers requirements. Bespoke projects have included
- VW Group (300 + dealership uniform)
- Karndean Flooring (200 + dealership uniform)
- PHS Group (protective & general uniform)
- Rage Motorsport (merchandise clothing for resale)
to name but a few.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys Downhill mountain biking, Restoring/using Classic Sports Cars & motorbikes as well as Fishing.

He brings that same energy and positivity to everything he does.

Sales & Office Manager

Meet Phil , our dedicated and always-friendly Sales & Office Manager at WTC Workwear.

Phil is the heart of our office, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes. With a talent for organization and a warm, approachable nature, Phil makes sure our team has everything they need to succeed, from managing daily operations to creating a positive and welcoming work environment.

Phil’s role goes beyond just keeping things in order—he’s the go-to person for support, always ready with a solution and a smile. Whether it’s coordinating office logistics or helping a colleague out, Phil’s attention to detail and genuine care for the team make him an essential part of the WTC Workwear family.

Outside the office, Phil enjoys running, cooking and spending time with family and friends, bringing the same enthusiasm and good vibes into his personal life.

Operations & Financial Director

Meet Marcus, our Operations & Financial Director at WTC Workwear with an impressive 30 years + experience in the industry.

With a sharp eye for detail and strong dedication, Marcus is the driving force behind our financial success. His deep expertise in financial management, combined with his warm and approachable nature, makes him an invaluable asset to our team.

Marcus believes in more than just numbers—he’s passionate about fostering a positive and collaborative environment where every customer and team member feels valued. His commitment to excellence ensures that WTC Workwear remains not just financially strong, but also a place where people love to work.

Outside of the office, Marcus enjoys sport, particuarly rugby, and brings the same enthusiasm and care to his personal life as he does to his professional role.

Production & Embroiderer

Meet Katarina, one of our talented and detail-oriented Embroiderers at WTC Workwear.

Katarina’s skilled hands and creative eye bring our customers’ visions to life, crafting beautifully embroidered designs that add a unique and personal touch to every garment. Her dedication to quality and precision ensures that each piece she works on meets the highest standards.

Katarina’s passion for her craft shines through in everything she does. Whether she’s creating custom logos or intricate designs, she puts care and attention into every stitch, making sure the final product is nothing short of perfect. Her work not only enhances the quality of our workwear but also adds a touch of artistry that makes every piece special.

Outside of work, Katarina enjoys climbing, cooking and sewing, and her creativity flows into all areas of her life.

Sales & Marketing Manager

Louise is the Sales & Marketing Manager at WTC Workwear, bringing over 35 years of experience in customer-focused sales. Known for being friendly, approachable, and always ready to help, she leads the sales and marketing team with energy and creativity, making it easy for businesses to find the right workwear solutions.

Louise genuinely loves helping customers and building strong, lasting relationships. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs and help to deliver solutions that make a real difference. For her, every interaction is an opportunity to connect, support, and make workwear simple and stress-free for the businesses she works with.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys health and fitness and listening to music, bringing the same enthusiasm from her passions into her professional life to keep both the team and her clients inspired.

Warehouse Manager

Meet Glen, our Warehouse Manager at WTC Workwear. With over 16 years service, Glen is the backbone of our operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.

With his keen attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence, Glen makes sure that every order is processed with care and precision, helping us deliver the top-notch service our customers expect.

Glen is known for his hands-on approach and his ability to keep the warehouse organized and efficient. But it’s not just about logistics for Glen—he’s also a true team player. He leads by example, always ready to lend a hand or share his knowledge, creating a supportive and positive environment.

Outside of work, Glen enjoys football and family life, bringing the same level of energy and dedication to his personal life.
